Yes, many of our clients come to us on behalf of a family member—especially when living far away or juggling multiple responsibilities. We work closely with families to ensure your loved one is supported, heard, and receiving the best possible care.
Please note: The client (patient) must sign a consent form allowing us to discuss their health. A separate agreement may be signed by a family member for payment. -

We bring deep clinical experience and a compassionate, whole-person approach to every client relationship. With a background in neurology and internal medicine, we’re fluent in medical language—and equally committed to listening with empathy. We translate complex medical data into clear, meaningful insight so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
-
Absolutely. While we offer in-person services across Western Washington, we also work with clients and families nationwide through secure video conferencing and phone consultations.
-
Your privacy is our priority. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant technology for all digital communication and document storage. Any information you share is strictly confidential and will only be discussed with individuals you’ve authorized.
-
Our primary focus is on clinical navigation and care coordination. While we can provide guidance within the scope of your insurance plan and help clarify certain coverage issues, we are not billing or claims experts. If needed, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted billing advocate.
-
At this time, independent patient advocacy is not covered by insurance or Medicare. However, our work often results in cost savings through reduced hospitalizations, fewer unnecessary tests, and better-coordinated care.
-
While we provide comprehensive guidance and support, we do not:
Diagnose or treat medical conditions
Prescribe medications or order tests
Provide direct referrals (though we may suggest specialists to consider)
Replace your primary care provider or medical team
